A SINGLE mum who shares her one-bedroom flat with three kids has said she’s ”blessed” to be ”able to provide”.
Elizabeth Hayden, who recently made headlines after revealing her baby sleeps in a tent, took to TikTok to give social media users a tour of the family’s apartment.
In the video, the dark-haired beauty explained that she was living in the one-bed flat with her three kids – a four-year-old, a two-year-old tot, as well as a baby who at the time of filming was just seven months.
”I am so blessed and happy that we’re here,” Elizabeth told her followers, confessing that when ”restarting” her life, she’d no clue where they’d end up.
”So, it may seem small and sad to some other people – but I feel very blessed and happy.”
The mini tour of the apartment – which, she added, was messy despite being cleaned the day before – started with the family’s living room, which also doubled as a ”breakfast area” for the kids.
To the right side was a door leading to the laundry room – however, right next to it, still in the breakfast area, was also sitting the mum’s mattress.
Her daughter, Elizabeth explained on her platform, sleeps right next to her bed in a tent – this is also used a play area for the baby.
The black material, she added, is also breathable – and blocks out any light.
Meanwhile, the kitchen is a separate room, as is the laundry room, which also comes with a dryer, and the bathroom, which the mum’s made more homely with some wall art.
The ”actual bedroom” in the property belongs to the eldest children, two and four, where they each sleep on the mattress on the floor.
”Like I said, it’s perfect for us – we are all very close, we get to spend a lot of time with each other.”
Although at times it’s ”hard”, Elizabeth, who’s won over 116k fans so far, insisted the family are happy, especially as she’s now able to cover the bills.
Thousands of fellow social media users flocked to comments to show support to the mum and praise the parent.
