At the beginning of the video, he landed back in Dublin after a flight from San Francisco.

The first thing Sean did was head back home to have a quick shower and go straight to bed for three hours.

He urged people to “make sure to drink plenty of water” to help the body regain energy.

Once up from his quick nap, he started unpacking his suitcase and had some fruit before heading out.

Sean did a quick run at the grocery store and then went to his local gym where he did “a two-hour to two-and-a-half hour session”.

He added: “Full body workout, something that I knew was gonna completely tire me out to get a really good sleep that night.

“Did a lot of stretching beforehand, just to get my body prepared for the workload and then went in and smashed the workout.”

After his workout at the gym, he headed straight home and got a warm shower before having a nutritious dinner.

Sean mentioned that it is “very important” to have some nutrients and vitamins after travelling.

He just chilled for two hours by watching something on TV before heading straight to bed.

His routine was a success as Sean got up fresh and energised at 7am the following day.

‘RARE’ BONUS

Meanwhile, a travel fan has shared their delight after bagging a “rare” bonus on a recent Aer Lingus flight.

Lucid Hays alerted his followers after his experience onboard a flight to the UK.

He wrote: “Ryanair need to step up your game… Salute to Aer Lingus.”

Surprisingly, during the short flight there is a movie screen on the back of the seat in front of him.

He added: “Sorry since when have Aer Lingus had screens for a flight from UK to Ireland?”
