SHE’S 73 but looks at least 20 years younger.
One of her top tips is the way she sleeps – and absolutely anyone can give it a try.

Jessica Davis regularly posts videos alongside her mum on her TikTok page, and in a recent clip, she explained how the older woman has kept the dreaded “turkey neck” away.
Demonstrating, Jessica laid flat on her back, with a rolled up towel put under her neck
“She said I need to learn to sleep like this – on my back, with a little towel under my neck.”
While the positional hack is good for keeping the face wrinkle-free, it’s also stopped her neck becoming saggy and the skin becomes crepey.
“My mum said this is a really good way not to have lines on your face,” Jessica added.
“And it’s also really good for your neck lines
“That’s how she sleeps. On her back, no pillow – just with a towel o
because your head is heavy.”
Jessica added she was going to “try” to test the hack but acknowledged it would be “very hard” because she’s such an established side sleeper.
The comments section was almost immediately flooded by people weighing in, with many admitting they couldn’t believe Jessica’s mum is the age she is.
“Your mum is 73?!” one wrote.
“When I saw the mum I was like, ‘Say less, I’m listening to her!'” another laughed.
“Ain’t no way your mum is 73!” a third marvelled.
“Let me go order a Korean pillow cause Mama knows what she’s talking about!”
“Your mum looks half her age so do whatever she tells you to,” someone else said.
“I want to know everything she’s ever done, ever,” another laughed.
“Have been sleeping like that now for the last two years, on a rolled up towel for my neck,” someone else said.
