SOFIA Richie Grainge has revealed a selection of must-haves that she swears by as an expectant mother.
The 25-year-old is currently seven months pregnant with her first child, having married Elliot Grainge in April 2023.


Sofia (@sofiarichiegrainge) spoke candidly with her 3.6 million TikTok followers about beauty items she would recommend to other moms-to-be.
“I am so afraid of getting stretch marks,” she said.
“I know it comes with the territory but I’m doing everything that I can to prevent them.
“My doctor, when I first found out that I was pregnant was like ‘I have this shea butter that people love.’
“I am obsessed. I’ve gone through six tubs.”
She held up Bumpology’s Bump Butter, which is available from the brand’s website for $36.

“I don’t feel disgusting when I put my clothes on over it. This is really nice it’s my second bottle.”
Hatch sells the Belly oil, which reduces the appearance of stretch marks and scars, for $64 on its website.
Sofia said that she’s been taking magnesium glycinate to improve her sleep and was using New Chapter’s prenatal multivitamins from before she got pregnant.
“I use this Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion on the bottoms of my feet and I put socks on,” she said holding up another skincare product.
“I’ve convinced myself that it helps me sleep.
“I’ve used a lot of magnesium products, it’s really helpful.”
The daughter of singer Lionel Richie said she started using Ross J. Barr’s Calm Patches when she was trying to get pregnant.
She wears the patches behind her ears when trying to sleep or taking a flight.
She joked that her pregnancy pillow has become the “third person” in her marriage while revealing Elliot also has one.
“A hydrating hand sanitizer,” she said listing another item. “I’m trying my hardest not to get sick.”

Sofia raved that she’s “addicted” to Summer Friday’s Birthday Cake lip balm and uses it every day.
“These last two things I’m going to show you, literally I cannot function without them,” she said.
“These are the Tatcha blotting papers.
“My skin has been so oily ever since I found out I was pregnant, so I travel around with these.”
Tatcha’s Japanese Blotting Papers are $14 for one pack that contains 40 sheets.
Sofia finished her list of must-haves with LYMA’s laser, which costs an eye-watering $2,695 on Goop.
“I do it every night before bed when I’m watching a movie,” she said.
“Within a week this transformed my skin.”

According to Vogue, Sofia and Elliot are expecting a baby girl sometime in late May or early June.
